Description
Korean corn syrup has a high content of maltose, to provide texture and enhance the taste of your cooking. Can be used as seasoning for meat, or for reduction cooking with vegetables or roasts. It can be added to red pepper paste instead of malt, and to Korean cookies or sweetened sweet potato to preserve the taste for longer.
