The Longdan Extra Fine Vermicelli (banh hoi) are premium quality rice noodles. They are vegan-friendly as they are predominantly made up of rice flour and water. These extra fine vermicelli are the main ingredient to make the Vietnamese traditional cake, banh hoi. The vermicelli can also be used in a salad or in summer rolls.

Preparation and usage: Soak in boiling water for 20 seconds then dry and rinse with cool water and leave it to settle for 3 minutes. Can be used for salad or summer rolls.
