Kalgugsu means ‘knife-cut noodles,’ traditionally they are hand cut instead of extruded and served in a large bowl with broth and ingredients. It is usually enjoyed in the summer time as it’s considered a seasonal food. Samyang bring the taste of Korean kalgugsu in the form of instant noodles.
