If you find any items are missing from your order:
- please first carefully check your delivery note and see if your items are marked as out of stock
- take a photo as proof, email, and contact us immediately if you are sure the items are incorrect within 3 working days of delivery. We will either send the correct items or issue a refund.
- You may be asked to return the incorrect items. If this is the case we will cover any return postage costs.
