The parcel can occasionally get damaged during transit. If you have received any damaged items, please accept our apologies, take a photo as proof, email, and contact us as soon as possible within the first 3 calendar days of delivery so we can arrange a refund or replacement. After 3 calendar days from delivery, we are not responsible and it may not be returned.
