Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. At this point, we may let you know if some items on your list are out of stock, and if they cannot be substituted, we will refund you these items.
Your package will then be dispatched and you will receive an email from our courier service letting you know that your package is due for delivery. In this email you may also request for them to change the delivery date if there is no one home to receive it.
You will receive another email from DHL when your parcel is expected to arrive, with a more specific time so that you can be home when they come.
You can track your order on DHL’s tracking website ( https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk/ )
- Select ‘Shipment number’ and input the 14 digit number that was sent to you by email.
- Click ‘Track parcel’
You may also receive mobile notifications from DHL about when your parcel is arriving.
